Our guide to ordering, payment, delivery and contacting our team about your purchase or personal information.
Orders & payments
Review the product description, available options, quantity and checkout amount before paying. An account is required to place an online order and view its progress.
Online payments are handled through Paystack. You leave our checkout to complete payment on Paystack, and your order shows payment confirmation after verification. Our website does not collect your card number or card security code. Keep your order number and payment reference for any enquiry.
If payment is interrupted, check the payment status on your order before trying again. Contact us about changes or cancellation requests so the team can check the current order status.
View your ordersDelivery arrangements
Online payment covers the items in your order. Delivery charges are arranged separately with our team. Confirm your destination, delivery cost and expected timing with us; availability and timing depend on the arrangements for your order.
Provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Preparation and delivery updates appear in your account. Carrier details and tracking links appear when supplied by the team.
Returns, exchanges & product concerns
If an item is incorrect, damaged, or you would like to discuss a return or exchange, contact us with your order number, a description of the concern and relevant photos. Please speak to our team before sending an item back.
The team will review your purchase and explain the available next steps, including any return arrangements, costs or refund details that apply. Ask us before ordering if you need clarification about a particular item or return arrangement.
Get help with a purchaseProduct details & care
Our collection includes different fabrics and designs. Use the information and photographs on each product page when making your selection. For sizing, fabric length or colour questions, contact us before ordering.
Follow the care label supplied with your item. If you are unsure how to care for a piece, ask our team for guidance specific to that product.
Privacy & website data
Information used to support your shopping
When you create an account, place an order or send an enquiry, the site records information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and message. We use this information to manage your account, process orders, arrange delivery and respond to your enquiries. Order and payment-reference records support payment verification and customer service.
Website services
The store uses Supabase for account and store data, and Paystack for online payments. Payment details entered on Paystack are handled by that provider. See Supabase privacy information and Paystack privacy information for information about those services.
Cookies, local storage & measurement
The website uses cookies and browser storage to support sign-in and your shopping bag. It also includes Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for website and marketing measurement. These services can receive information about page visits and browser activity. Browser privacy settings can restrict cookies or tracking; restricting essential storage can affect sign-in or your bag.
Your account & privacy enquiries
You can edit your name and phone number through your account settings. For questions about information held about you, or to request access, correction or deletion, email our team. Include enough information to locate your account or order, but never send your password or full card details.
